At a small town TV station, meteorologist Penelope Reed is relaxing in the employee lounge when the station manager's assistant comes in to talk to her. Penelope has agreed to do the escape challenge for their Founder's Day broadcast, and the assistant is there to help her practice for the event. Once the luscious brunette is bound hand and foot, she's given some helpful tips for how to escape. A little too late, Penelope notes, but she's taking her predicament in good humor, and jokes about the gag that's coming next. Once the ballgag is buckled between her lips, the assistant tells Penelope she'll be back to check on her progress later -- much to the trussed-up weathergirl's surprise. Nonetheless, once she's left alone Penelope makes a sincere effort to extricate herself from the ropes. But her restraints are more secure than she expected, and despite her struggles she realizes she's stuck until the assistant comes back to set her free. Penelope is starting to feel a little worried. What will she do if one of her co-workers finds her bound, gagged and helpless in the lounge?
